The Australian Rugby Union (ARU) has announced assistant coach Jim Williams is leaving after the completion of his contract with the Wallabies.
Williams has been an assistant to head coach Robbie Deans since 2008 and was the forwards coach for Australia's squad which won a hard-fought bronze medal against Wales at the World Cup in New Zealand in October.
Peter Harding, the strength and conditioning coach over the same period, is also leaving the ARU because his contract had ended, general manager of high performance David Nucifora said.
"Both Jim and Peter have been heavily involved with the Qantas Wallabies since joining ARU in 2008 and have been a part of many great highlights," Nucifora said.

Don't have much of an opinion on Harding considering this is the first time I've heard of him but Williams is an interesting one. Certainly seemed like a trusted member of Deans' system so it will be intriguing to see who replaces him as forwards coach and more generally who Deans trusts as much to take on the Wallabies over the next few years.
