I aint sure if anyone has noticed, but at afl.com it has stated that Farmer is very close to re-signing to a new TWO year contract with Melbourne.
Now, I think this is great, altho two years is not what Jeff wanted cos he wanted three to become a life member....but, oh well! I could care less!! I am just hopin like hell that he god damn stays with us!!!
CFH.

Doing more research into this, i have uncovered the following. the only thing they r unsure of is the term, and the fact that there is an "out" clause in his contract. This is because Jeff wants more freedom on the field. Neale has to agree to give him this or the deal doesnt follow through
The freedom bit being basically allowing Wizza to do whatever he wants on field. it is kinda like a license. He gave one to Wiz this year, as well as Yze, but jeff wants it written into his contract. Apparently Neale isnt too keen on this. so yeah, there is the glich in it all.
