we went to a reserves game in AFLQ Lions Reserves VS Mt Gravatt
Jason Antonisz in the back line jumped to touch the ball & did but then the Umpire said it was not touched
but then Jace had to go & get his finger put back into place after it was disclocated by the ball hitting it

I think 1989 - V Dogs at PP. Ozzie got a free kick paid against him for giving the ball back to the boundary umpire ON THE FULL ! I thought it was polite to do that.
