What i can't understand is why the Kangas delisted him, then drafted Edwards.
Chad Jones seems to be far more versatile that Edwards ever will be be, who seems a bit 1 dimensional.
Edwards usually needs to take the grab, as he doesn't seem to be too good below his knees.

Warren Jones, big Carlton and St Kilda ruckman, allegedly "WoW" because he had a tatt of the letter "W" on each buttock. I thought we all knew this.

Played for St Kilda and Carlton in the 70s and 80s. Real name was Warren Jones. 'Wow' was a nickname he got because of the size of his... (That's what I heard anyway)

He was born in New Zealand so it is possible that he had a component of Maori DNA.

Made reference to the streaker being "obviously not a natural blonde".
He had tats up his arms. And while it was rumoured that he had W's tattooed on his arms, the WOW nickname comes from a tall tale he told one of the wives of a club official at a ritzy Carlton party.
He told her he had a friend with a W tattooed on either bum cheek, so that when he bent over it read WOW.
This was not true, but was designed to embarass the lady.
Rod Austin was a teammate of his, who over heard the story and every time he went past him that night, he said WWWOOOOOOWWWWWW.
It became Jones' nickname.
