Young sportsman private health insurance

Recently been looking into getting my self some private health insurance. I've used Iselect and all of that but all the policies I find have these extra I'm never going to use.

Is there a private health insurace out there for a 19 yo male single, still living at home who only really wants cover for physio, hospital and knee/shoulder surgery (pretty much stuff i'll need if I get injured playing footy).

Do your parents have Private cover? If so, you'd be still eligible to be listed under their policy, work out cheaper.

If not, a Basic Hospital + Basic Extras will probably do it.

Na they don't.

I'm guessing a policy specifically for sports people doesn't exist.

Most "youth" options will essentially be sports-based cover. Physio, ortho, that sort of thing. And eyes and teeth. Not a lot of cardio or fertility
