C- Dwight. Best centre in league.
F- Dirk. Here is my rationale. Duncan is a center. Dwight was better than him. Dirk is the best forward this year. he has led a team in a tough conf often surrounded in the starting line up by JJ Barea, Kidd, Dampier and Wright to 50 wins. That is some achievement. Teams can double and triple him and force him to take tough shots but is still at 47-48%. Other than Terry, he has no support.

I think you mean best player on second-best team. And he's not as good as Wade and Paul, in fact he's a fair bit off. Put Wade on the Lakers, they'd shit it in.

Best bench guy on the best team . Terry can score at will, but doesn't do anything else, and I'm admittedly not a fan of pure scorers. That said, if Barbosa got it, Terry will as well.

Putting Kobe at F is the only way to avoid completely ****ed teams. If you don't, you end up with CP3 on the second team (awful) and Tony Parker or Roy on the third team (just as awful).

Kobe at F fixes everything.

It's actually not easy to find a precedent for this, but here's one; Dirk made the 01-02 second teams as a Center.

I would question honeslty though why some people would have Kevin Garnett in one of the all-NBA teams ahead of Paul Pierce ??? KG's missed a fairly large part of the season, and Pierce has just been sublime once again, he deserves to make the AA second team IMHO
