I hadn’t been to handicap for nearly a year until Saturday week ago. Now I have 37 points today and go under handicap again. I narrowly washed holes 1 and 14 along with a multitude of three putts.

Thank God Sunday was better

Worked out I was putting with weight on my heels and the tou of the putter was way too high.

Once I squared up my pace was much better

Another quick 9. Managed to hold on for 5 over. 15 putts on cored greens isn't too bad.

Did Bonville a few years ago. It was ace. The sound, reverberations, echoes stemming from the trees and valleys is great.

Just a range session today at Peninsula Kingswood. Hard to hear the folks next to you when the wind is so strong.

Is 47 putts bad?

I thought 39 was bad in my last round, but 47 is next level of shitness

Played last weekend and couldn't hit a fairway with the pulls. Worked on it at the range later and concentrated on launching it up. Took it to the course today and was able to hit fairways with some bombs (for me). Much more enjoyable game from the fairway.

couldnt putt to save oneself today. But took solace in the fact i barely play at the location. so many three putts. so many.

got off the tee well and did not lose a ball. and it didnt rain

Maybe it was me, but I'm going to say, very picturesque course.

But in terms of a course, condition and golf test

I'm going to suggest it's okay

Could probably name 10 courses in Vic that are comfortably better in both condition and golf test

Yeah tend to agree. I found areas furry including the greens. I think the course is more so the experience rather than playability. But it is a fun experience I must admit.

Few praccy holes at peninsula kingswood. Really scratchy at the moment. Disconnection between me and the club

One of those weird weekends where I rarely missed a putt inside 10 feet. Amazing how much better your score when you putt well even if you don't strike the ball well up to the green

Feel like i'm hitting the ball really well at the moment but course closures and other commitments mean I'm struggling to get cards in at the moment. Probably won't get a chance to play comp for a month at least. Shame.

You hve paid your ddues, summer is coming and with it warmer weather and open courses. It will be worth it mate
