Yusuf islam returns to australia after 36 years. Yes, he was cat stevens back then, However i for one wont be missing out on something like this. Any body else gonna go and enjoy a possibly once in a lifetime event?

Absolutely stoked!!! Been a massive fan of The Cat for ages. So many classic and unforgettable songs. Wild World, The First Cut is The Deepest, Moonshadow, Cant' Keep It In, Old Schoolyard...the list goes on and on. Can't wait!! Will be in the front row!

saw the ad in the paper yesterday and would love to go, gets a fair run on my ipod and i grew up with his songs thanks to mum and dad.
however, i casually threw the question past my wife last night and her reaction told me i'd be going on my own

Yep, I'm in the same boat. Even posted an update on facebook (really a last resort for me) to drum up some interest in others to go. All I got back were a bunch of terrorist and Team America comments. But **** it, I'll still be going anyway. Seems very underappreciated to me.
