Young 17 Turing 18 year old who plays for glenorchy football club came to the club with real determination to get drafted. Completely different player to his older brother jimmy webster who currently plays for st.kilda.Zac is a hard working midflider and carrys his team gives 100% in just about every where he has his faults like when plays in wet weather or when when it comes to temper.overall Zac could be picked up between pick 25-50 I reckon many Victorian club should be intended in this kid.

sounds way better than his brother!
In what regard?

For someone who has played so little footy in the past 3 years and had so many injuries and who is still at least 12 months off having the body for senior AFL footy, he has shown really good signs so far and has been holding his own when given jobs down back, including on the likes of Josh Hill yesterday and Jeff Garlett when the heat was on against Carlton (in his 1st game).

He has a very high quality 60m left foot on him (kicked a set shot goal from outside 50 last week), a bullett handball, is very good overhead (has taken a couple of terrific contested, intercept marks so far), is an ideal height for the wings and flanks (188cm), has a big tank, excellent speed, real evasive ability, the confidence to take the game on, really cracks in and tackles really well. He ticks a hell of a lot of boxes.

When playing down back, for instance, he has the speed and mobility to be able to play on the Garletts and Yarran's and Hill's, but also has the height and marking ability to be able to beat, or at least match them in the air and then has the attacking and damaging game to be able to run off them and hurt them going the other way. I dare say he'll also be able to play effectively on the wing, down the track.

Every game he plays (especially at AFL level) will likely be doing him the world of good and augurs well for how he could be going in 2-3 years time, once he has an AFL body and tank and has hopefully had a couple more (full) preseasons and played a couple of uninterrupted years of footy in a row. Nothing is guaranteed, but he has an awful lot going for him and if Zac is "way better" then I'd certainly love to see what he is capable of.
