Really distancing himself from the "one-hit wonder" and showing that he has a real x-factor about himself. As we know from Stanton, confidence does wonders, and Zaka's is massive at the moment, backing himself for shots and getting them in. He's our second best goalkicker at 18 goals right now, and considering we didn't even manage to get a player to kick over 30 goals last year, this is really something.

Hi guys, big bomber hater, but love this guy. he is a gem; every time he gets it within scoring distance you can nearly mark it down as a goal. was actually thinking last night has this guy every missed an easy shot at goal, but then about two minutes later he missed that one in the last which he should have kicked. anyway, still a gun, will be a real handful for many years to come.

What I notice about Zacka is that he redeems himself.
If he stuffs up, he goes in harder and either kicks a goal or has a goal assist.
Really lifts himself. :thumbsu:

Would like to see him do better in one on one contests.

Obviously very talented, reads the play well, good speed, decent kick - but could do more to impose himself on one on one contests.

probably one of our most improved and fast becoming one of my favourites. i reckon he's actually quite strong over head, can take a mark. should of kicked that goal last night, you back him everytime doing that exact same thnig.

A future leader of the club. Will continue to get better & better. Cant wait for his tank to grow cause I think that he could be a very good premium mid. On the edge of genuine class.

His last two games have been great IMO he
Has lifted to an a grader with his kicking to targets and at goal.

What's his converson rate? He never seems to miss. I like his no fuss approach to goal kicking, just grabs the ball and runs straight towards the goals and uses basic drop punts, reminds me of Bewick. :thumbsu:

I have been wondering why the faithful hasn't touted this guy as a A grader of the future.

He has it all really, speed, strength, marking ability, a good kick and a natural goal sense.

Perhaps we forgot how damaging he could be as a midfielder drifting forward when he was asked to be a half forward taget for most of last year.

He has been excellent for the last few weeks especially when you consider how much harder things became when Winderlich went down.

Zaharakis is actually not that great a set shot at goal, he is prone to fluff quite a few easy shots.

Gun player though, can only get better.
