On a 1991 double CD called "The Best Band You've Never Heard In You Life".

It's out on Frank's own Barking Pumpkin label, and was recorded live on the Zappa 1988 tour, which was also captured on the "Broadway The Hard Way" album ...

Just did a quick Kazaar search, and CD1 was out there ....
