Hine said he'll be used on a wing and rotating forward next year. None of this HBF s**t that the cats did with him.

This pissed me off heaps, we lacked a genuine crumming forward this year but had one in Varcoe. Except we play him in a position he wasn't suited for.

But where Hine would play him, should see him at his best. Will be a good pick up for you guys if he gets there.

Yea I hope he doesn't play half back for us. I rarely ever saw him use his pace to his advantage, he'd just mainly gather cheap possessions (from the little I saw).

Yeah he's more consistent then Young IMO, a tad stronger too I reckon.

Varcoe will be interesting, high draft pick and talented, needed a fresh start.

I just hope he has the confidence to run and take a few bounces, never really seen him do that, it separates the fast players from the smart players.

Hope he grows the Afro back.

Well I winged and bitched for a crumbing small forward and got one (even though it wasn't the one I wanted). My initial reaction was being against it, then It came down to meh. But after wathcing a few highlights he really reads front an centre crumbs well. I think he should stay up forward most of the time and rotate with Sidebottom on a wing.
