Let's just calm down about Redden. The retirement thing itself is an unsubstantiated rumour let alone it being a bloke in his mid-20s who's coming off one of his best games in the last 1.5 seasons
My money is on Staker. He just looked really off the pace this year and the injury wouldn't be doing him any favours to get more games before the year is out.
Merrett does a go on tripple M a fair bit though, so it's certainly plausible that they have the scoop on Merrett calling time on his career.

Why would Merrett retire?? He has at least a couple of seasons in him... Maybe 3.
It will be Goose or Staker.
My guess is Goose. Andrews kicking ass last weekend pretty much ended Goose's career.
No shock if it's Staker though..... All depends on the severity of his injury.
