The internal/external board fighting, the 3 coaches in a shoebox with a rats tossbag, the whispers, we are a hard club to support when you are a fair weather supporter of a club, there's no "systemic" culture like drugs with West Coast or money management with Carlton that hit once, hit hard and then a decade on is largely forgotten and only brought up in the heat of argument. They're little things, obvious things, they cascade and then eventually you'll find that there are several camels behind you, they just couldn't take it despite trying, proof in the pudding will be in the next cycle, in 5-7 years time if this is a flash in the pan, or if the club really has gotten is act together, really has decided that it wants to be professional, that it wants to exude confidence in itself, its brand and its message. If it does stick, if it grows from that foundation, we'll be fine, we'll pick supporters up as members and we'll have those that are envious of us as a club like many are with the Pies, Hawks and others who have sections where they just straight succeed and pants everyone else, but we have to get there first.
