It's not a cartoon bit its certainly a goldmine! I especially love the comments section, its full of gems like this:

should be a premier chewing up federal funding and shitting on state sovereignty. I am all for more funding for education but the money should simply be handed over to the states.

Our states need to be strong, financed and continuing to roll out services like education, health and policing. We do not need a pink bats education system.

No lets go the other way, axe the whole state system as an unnecessary level of bureaucracy.
