Just read according to Fahey WADA appeal on average 1 case in 50.

WADA has only appealed 4 times to CAS in 2011-14 period:

Gerrad Whately claims that Wada wont appeal a losing case will only appeal if they can see a way where they can win. Going to be hard though cause it was such an emphatic loss the case.

If the Essendon players had been found guilty and given a penalty ASADA would still have had to give all their findings over to WADA for a review.

To me, at least, this thread symbolizes one of the darkest periods in our clubs history.

Once WADA announce they won't appeal, then said period is over. We can just be a football club again.
