To be (slightly) fair to ASADA, it says that even WADA didn't expect to find any evidence of TB4 due to the short window before it disappears from the body. Pretty lax but I could understand them saying that there's no chance of finding it so they'd concentrate on the other evidence.

Why does ASADA look bad? Perhaps they were told at the time a test for tb4 was a waste of time. Since then methods have improved and WADA have decided to invest in another go at it (as well as some 'research' to corroborate the findings) and bingo...
