Is HAnley in the leadership group?

I ask because if he is not we would appear to be about $135.00 bucks away from just nabbing our top four choices, and perhaps that is quicker than going to a second round of voting (said someone who hasn't yet transferred his pledge but will do so v soon (and whose choice is currently sitting in 4th))
