Agreed that no-one has nailed anything yet - but starting McIntosh, picking Ebert, and having two non-s**t ruckmen in Goldstein and Nic Nat, was a good start. Only stuffed up starting Jaksch instead of Saad.

If I turn Touk into Heeney after next week I'll have all the best rooks in every line.

Not quite nailed, but close enough.

My cheap-arsery in the rucks with Belch and Grundy is looking okay so far but it is very early days and CD could randomly change the scoring and bugger me right up here so I ain't crowing yet.

s**t is precisely what has been nailed so far, anyone who's been playing long knows how quickly the Round 1 wonders can go south

Wouldn't say I nailed it, but things I was satisfied with:

- McIntosh on the ground last minute.

- Picking Ollie Wines

- taking Goldy and Leuey.

- not being a sheep and going for Clancee, Ibbo or Macmillan to fill by backline positions.

Well a bit glass half full, glass half empty - he played like a spud and still scored 119 in a round where most superpremos were ordinary. So the jury is still out. Personally I'm glad I didn't choose him - looks more likely to go nearer 90 than 160 next week but who knows?

I loved the guy, but was pissed off watching him play, CD scoring system is meant to reward players impact, I just always assumed it was an impact for the team you played for not the opposition.
