Perth away (or at home for that matter) is often a disappointing fixture for City. No matter how good or bad they are, it's often a tricky fixture. Thank God Costa is long gone... He was a nightmare

Even for the A-League, it's been an up and down year, besides City. Looking at the table, my guess is 50 points would be enough to outlast second place.

50ish is usually the pass mark for the premiership in a 26 game season, and City haven't even hit that mark in the past 2 years, crazy to see that especially seeing the level of play we've had.

So CCM WSW AU would need around 27 points in their last 11 games (9 W 0D 2L)... Possible but that's a hell of a run. And City could only pick up 18 points in 11.7 of their games remaining (we do lead Victory 1-0 22 mins in ).

Recently Sydney won it with 52, and Perth 60 and Sydney 67 (those were both 27 games but still holy crap!!!).
