Some tricky games for the chasing pack. Lead at the top could extend to double digits depending how results pan out, or it could tighten right back up.

You'd expect City to account for Victory but football is a funny game - especially derbies.

Saturday looks to be a good time to see if P+ can stay on the air

...Can I celebrate yet, or are we giving this lead up too?
Kraev is a top tier A League import.
One of my favourites for the Nix already.

This crop of imports, Zawada, Kraev and Sasse are like mid-late 20s, so in their prime.

Sasse has taken a little while, but tonight he's been class too.

The tricky thing for Welly now is finding a way to keep those guys.
I think one of them (if I recall correctly, Zawada) is on a 2 year contract. Just need the other ones to re-sign.

If they keep their form up though, it'll be pretty difficult to retain them, that's for sure 😅

EDIT: Both Zawada and Kraev on 2 year contracts, you love to see it

I honestly think Kraev is likely to go back to Europe or Asia, given his form and age.
He's better than Davilla for me.

Had they managed to win last week that's be 2nd on the table right now
Give us back those 20pts we've lost from winning positions and we'd be 1st by 10 points! 😭

Just anywhere other than Australia and I'll be content, if that time came 😅
That's a big call, but I don't necessarily disagree.

Western United should just giving games to the younger players now.
Tongo Doumbia - thank you for your service and goodbye
Leo Lacroix - thank you for your service and goodbye
James Troisi - thank you for your service and goodbye
