Adelaide and Sydney face each other for the first time in this big Semi Final clash under the Norwood Oval 'lights'.

When she has had a run of it, she has been impressive this year. Sure, she looked a bit slow on the decision making front but I would have thought another game would have her looking much better for the run home. I can not see the benefit in dropping her for Waterhouse. Happy to have Waterhouse in but it had to have been at the expense of someone forward of centre...

Baffling selections again. Allen is a serviceable role player. Levy should be in the side too given our horrific midfield disposal through parts of the Brisbane game

Poor Allen can't get a consistent run at it this year. I wonder if they're worried about her match fitness having missed so many matches?

Reflecting on Allen's omission further, I suspect that we have decided to put Randall down back again, where she has always played her best footy. Randall goes into Allen's spot, Ponter to perhaps play a bit more midfield time to cover Randall, and Waterhouse to play dedicated forward.
