Jackson was simply superb

Brayshaw huge bar one mistake

Amiss rising star nom. If not then the AFL is beyond corrupt

Only negative is Fyfe looks out of touch and had minimal impact

Sturt played nearly a full game, and had less impact than Banfield.

Can we put that to bed now?

See who puts their hand up for peel the next two weeks. Hopefully Darcy is ok with the extended break.

More like "no" impact than "less" impact.....

Sturt is not a sub. Hope that doesn't happen again.

FFS - Can people stop making excuse for him?

I’m all for giving him opportunities when best 22 players are out but he’s got to actually show he belongs not just have one or two good moments and be invisible for the rest of the game.

Amiss, Treacy, Jackson, Walters, Switta, Schultz, Frederick and Banfield are better footballers and are all forwards (okay maybe Jackson isn’t). He doesn’t get a game until at least two of these guys aren’t playing in the team as forwards.

Very lucky to be the sub today given the form of Erasmus and Worner.

Banfield doesn’t always pass the eye test and he has the odd stinker game but most of the time you look at his stats at the end of the game and he’s actually played his part.

Wouldn’t be overly disappointed with Walters coming in for Darcy.

It seems like as far off a straight swap as imaginable but I think we get more out of Jackson and Treacy than Jackson and Reidy tbh.

Fyfe would need to play more forward to make up for a lack of height given Jackson isn’t up forward.

Erasmus, Brodie or Worner should be sub.

Fyfe wasn’t the only one out of touch today. Fair bit of pressure out there that hasn’t been on the last few weeks

Nah he does pass the eye test. It's just they focus too much on every error he makes, but when others in the teams make the same kind of error you hear nothing.

Knows how to position himself and find the goals. Usually clean below his knees. Great handballs. Even demonstrates he can kick, as someone said he had atrocious field kicking. Lol

Just needs work on tackling and corralling

The pace was a step up. Fyfe had some good moments but also struggled a bit more than previous weeks. Good timing is the bye for him. He can rest up and get some run into his legs.

Jackson played awesome but was gassed in the last, Walker, Freddy and NOD were running with lead weights at the end as were a few others.

NOD is getting better but today was one of the weaker players along with Sturt. Not saying they were terrible but in the second half Angus on the wing was prolific. They switched things around at one point and got Aish onto the same wing side as Brayshaw.
