We can't keep making the same mistakes - we have to get better. Rinse repeatSando's press conference was totally uninspiring.
If he keeps it basically the same, it just goes to show the AFC cult is still in full effect..Where is Sando's ambition? He came into the HC role and inherited Craig's full coaching team. The only change was Milburn for Hart, which was forced as Hart was poached by Collingwood. Now we've had 2 crap years in a row and we're still trying to keep Craigy's team together?
Would any of our current assistants other than Milburn be sought after by rival clubs?
We have a s**t load of threads discussing all the changes we need, but I couldn't find which discusses the coaches and impending changes.
Bickley was on MMM this morning and announced he's contacted and staying, yay!
Its a long bow but Neil Craig was an assistant at Adelaide and coached Melbourne for half a season.Serious question I would like an answer to:
Has an assistant coach at the Adelaide Crows ever gone on to become the head coach at another AFL club?
There won't be a clean out. They will add someone senior and get rid of campo - those plus an internal re shuffle will be it
Well they can all look for work together in 2015. We've gone from Boys club admin to boys club coaching boxSando wants to retain his current coaches and just add a Snr Asst
Nice to see Sando go down with the ship then. His misplaced loyalty will likely be the end of him.Sando wants to retain his current coaches and just add a Snr Asst

Doc Clarke is like Terry Jenner.
Ruined every spinner he ever had involvement with except one.
And hey, that one was pretty damn good so renders the rest of his work irrelevant.
Perhaps I need to remind you that Charlie Cameron was dropped today and Matt Crouch is the sub.
On the positive side, we are using today to get lots of development into Brent Reilly.
