Surely Campo cannot stay…we need a far better midfield and stoppage structure, the defensive action is deplorable.

Where is Sando's ambition? He came into the HC role and inherited Craig's full coaching team. The only change was Milburn for Hart, which was forced as Hart was poached by Collingwood. Now we've had 2 crap years in a row and we're still trying to keep Craigy's team together?

Would any of our current assistants other than Milburn be sought after by rival clubs?

Its a long bow but Neil Craig was an assistant at Adelaide and coached Melbourne for half a season.

Ruined every spinner he ever had involvement with except one.

And hey, that one was pretty damn good so renders the rest of his work irrelevant.

This is a super question that is never asked by the numnut morons on 5AA or The Powertiser.

Great cultures (and great coaches) spawn a heap of great coaches who've under assisted them or played under them. Think of the coaches developed around Allan Jeans of Hawthorn fame or even the players West Coast has put in the top job.
