At face value, yes.

If I can take $2.10 about him FUP vs a horse he's always SP'd shorter than and beaten though, I can take $4+ about him here - let alone #AntiRosehillFappers about Peltzer and #AntiNZForm about Aegon.

The risk is he just hasn't come up - but he gets a step up in trip and the heavy is no issue - so I'm going again.
