Pretty sure it doesn't let you watch the matches live on desktop, but you can watch the replays, which they put up anyway without the need for a pass.

Bugger, already added this for $60 with my crows membership. I get the afl pass each year, works well on the telstra network. I have a samsung note 4 and we just got a new samsung smart tv and i was going to give the "screen mirror" a go to see how it look running off my phone.

What I did last year was downloaded a phone emulator for my PC which I then installed the AFL app and watched from my PC or TV screen which is connected to my PC if I decided.

Worked well until finals hit and then it suddenly went to black and white, hopefully I won't have that issue this year.

Also hope they pull a finger out and get rid of 4:3 and go to 16:9, no reason why they shouldn't other than Telstra being too lazy in the past.
