So for those two teams you've named 9 names each and 2 each (beez, IMS, Brown Bottle, Danoz) you probably are only able to name due to past reputations, none have maintained a strong presence in the league this season.

It's not the role of posters beyond your core group to be well known, your top 5-7 carry the team around the league and the posters after that just need to plug away every week in match threads. Besides being able to name a poster doesn't mean they're good or making the team better. Some posters most can name for all the wrong reasons.

Far Kern took an extended break to handle some IRL matters.

I completely agree with you McSpookface

it is too long, especially playing the same teams twice, especially when a few teams are pretty boring to start with. I barely posted in the round 17 game against the wolves, yet still almost couldn't get into the qualifying final game. You want to be at your best posting in a finals game imo, not sick of it already.

I think we should play all teams once a season, keep it short and keep people interested.

Why should the league suffer because you lose interest?

Originally the competition ran for 22 rounds over the AFL footy season with no Qooty from September through to March. 1 year = 1 season.

2 seasons per year is as short as it should be and the 17 round season is about right IMHO.

The numbers represent the rounds over 2 seasons. Once implemented, it's an easy process to follow, we don't need to redo the fixture every season and we spread out our opponents. Easy.
