To answer the question of the thread though, yes he's pretty close. An atrocious kick for goal currently

But no way we play him down back he's a natural forward he just needs to work on his game and his mentality

I've seen this too.

And I've seen him nail shots from 45 out on a tight angle consistently at training. I hope one day a switch flicks for him and he can turn it around

I think he gets demoralized in game when he misses and it effects his whole performance

It comes down to his first shot on goal for the game. If he kicks it, he is good for the day.
It is just unfortunate that he usually misses it.
But it is clearly a mental thing. He just needs to put less pressure on himself about it all and relax a bit.
