Jenkins has always been a good kick. Has a reputation for not being able to kick from 2013 when he went at less than 50%, largely from the boundary line while he was trying to learn to be a #1 forward with 10 games experience.

2012, 2014 and 2015 he has kicked well.

Agree totally. Those of us who remember his 8 straight (I think just going by memory) for Sturt a few years ago know what he is capable of. We were surprised to see him fall away but but not surprised to see what he is doing now. He is and has been a very good kick.

Jenkins went through that yips period where he missed every single kick in the exact same spot (right forward pocket and missing to the near side)

Apart from that he's been excellent

He's solved it too - now he's getting the ball out much wider

We would be unsure where to play Jenkins if we had Buddy.

Maybe, but we would have the luxury of dropping Jenkins for Buddy without feeling bad about how much we were paying him to play in the reserves.
