didnt know where to stick this but Jonathon Brown will be doing a Q & A at the new Sports Bar at the SS & A club here in Albury on prelim night on friday 19th September.

Nick Maxwell did it last night and it was a great night to ask questions, take photos and get things signed, so if there is any local Brisbane lions fans around the Albury/Wodonga region get on down

All free and $3 schooners during the game :)

Thanks jerry, I'll be away but the brother-in-law lives in Albury and might see if he can go along. Cheers.

So funny. Guest star was Bonts. Did an intro of highlights from Lewy's season first. Definitely looked like they had booked Bonts for the show on the basis that he would win the Rising Star award. Good kid and Shifter and Terry definitely would have been backing him. Shifter mentioned that he voted Bonts 5 and Lewy 4. And Shifter rates Lachlan Weller as top 20. No surprise there.

Terry Wallace has rated all clubs over last five years in draft performance and list management. No. 1 - Brisbane Lions. He obviously hates it because he then tried to devalue our performance on the basis of our inability to hold onto players. What a flog.
 
Footy Classifieds - Caro says 75/80% chance of Ryder leaving Bombers; has been speaking to a Qld club and a Sydney club; says Essendon won't force a legal stoush, would be happy with a second round pick and perhaps a player.
Hutchy putting Leuey forward as a possible Ryder trade option with or without another player.

None of them have any clue. Garry Lyon even managed to forget about the clause in the collective bargaining agreement.

Didn't look too impressed the talking was interrupting him eating his grub! His hands were like magnets to that burger or whatever it was.
 
Liked the comment about the Crownies - I bet there have been a few drunk since retirement - gonna have to watch the weight is Browny.
