Hawthorn has not lost by any significant margin all season and always been very competitive in all losses this season.

This is huge for the history of our great club. Probably our most important final since our most recent grand final victories of 08,13 and 14.

It will be fierce, history favours the big stage clubs in such contests. If any club can knock off a team in an interstate final it is Hawthorn.

Trying to think of the ones who haven't played a final from today's lineup;
McGovern
Sheed
Shep (maybe?)
Cripps
Hill
Sinclair
Hutchings
Yeo
Nelson

A lot would have two or three from 2011/12, but I'd presume the most finals any of them have played is about 5. Wellingham perhaps the exception (and Ellis if he were healthy enough during his Hawthorn days).

Finals games for Hawthorn and West Coast would be a staggering difference.
Sam Butler has probably played a few. Albeit yesteryear

This game will probably end up a good example as to why finals experience is so so so important.

I hope West Coast get up but it wouldn't surprise me if we go down.
Home ground advantage will be huge to the Eagles. Hawks have had 2 pretty soft games leading in.

Lol @ Wellingham. Spud won't have anywhere to hide come next week.
Haven't viewed his footy this year I take it?

Has been a revelation for us in 2015.
