D'Ambrosio surely as the sub then. Can play either end if need be and we seem short on defenders, which no other emergency can play as. I much prefer Langford in attack. Has natural goal sense and too lazy to play in defence. Phillips will at least compete and give a chance to bring the ball to ground in attack. But alas, 2MP...

Is Baldwin still on our list? Yuck.
Bizarre take for a bloke that's been on the list 2 years, coming off two ACL's, and kicked 25-ish goals in a rabble of a VFL side in what was his first full season since he was 16. Pull your head in.

Think we’ve got the worst 22 in the comp this week.

Bloody depressing watching the premiers in Geelong play their kids and we go with Phillips/Heppell over Bryan/D’ambrosio.

The competition for worst best 22 this week is Essendon, Hawthorn, West Coast and North. Probably in that order.

Final team. Jones very, very lucky IMO

Personally, I think Jones would have been selected regardless, Phillips is the the player that lucked out.

2MP plays, then Weid pinch hits as second ruck, no 2MP, we need the Weid to spend more time forward with Jones.

Don't matter either way really, we are trash. No wonder the club is sending out emails for us to find the nearest pub to watch the footy, alcohol numbs the pain.

Id actually say this more very very lucky for Weiderman. Now there is absolutely no pressure for his spot.

Where as Jones will have the spotlight firm on him.

Wright’s really the only player on our list who’s played regular AFL games as a key forward.

Massive opportunity for Weideman and Jones - they’re guaranteed the next 23 games, bar injury, there’s no competition.
