Could be the hair, he zigs one way, the hair zags the the other way.Why do I have this feeling that C-Mac is going to be one of the best players In the comp in 2-3 years?
Id rather he have a shot from 50m than try to find a team mate with 16 opposition players inside our forward fifty. Its a massive advantage to have that length and we should exploit it.
His going to be huge next year, will be a monster for us forward and midfield in the future.
Professional kid
They should pop him away now for next year . Give the kid a run at a full tilt preseason. He looks the goods, wish him well.On the North side of things, looks like Wardlaw pinged a hammy. Great young player but those hamstrings are a worry.
Agreed. We have a clear senior midfield quartet at the moment - Worpel, Nash, Day and Newcombe.
But that group underneath - Ward, MacDonald, Mackenzie - who have played very little footy are ridiculously exciting. Think all three are going to be top line midfielders.
Since he had that spell at Box Hill he's come back a more complete player.Cmac31 had 27 and kicked a goal.
2nd year player flying right under the radar. Media don't even mention him.
If he played for the Dons we'd never hear the end of it.
Next test for him will be when opposition pay him a bit more attention.cmac put put the jets on & has a gear I didn't know about.. like.
Or we can hope he is not injured and DGB plays instead of him.I hope it is so we can play DGB forward next week. We are desperate for forwards.
To compete for finals, let alone silverware, we have to have some structure forward. Watson and a player like Ricardi we are desperate for. Add a Duursma or Curtin and we are much better. Assuming Mitch Lewis is better. Can’t wait to see Weddle given full license to ping them from outside 50. We’re lacking another tall threat to be finessing our entries and aside from those times when Bruest turns the clock back, we’re a Wizard shy of being a threat off the deck. Long range scoring capacity is there with the likes of Weddle, Amon and Impey.
CMac likes playing at Marvel.I’ve always always thought that, especially at marvel
Lock it in for the rest of the yearI hope it is so we can play DGB forward next week. We are desperate for forwards.
Well, isn't he lucky that is what we want him to do?I don’t like taking pot shots at young players but Reeves is lucky he is seven foot tall and can tap it in the ruck because he isn’t much good at the rest of the game.
He had more pressure acts(25) then any other Hawk, btw.Brocky was disappointing I thought, laid 5 tackles but there some times when could have pressured or chased but didn’t.
What are your thoughts on Meek then?I don’t like taking pot shots at young players but Reeves is lucky he is seven foot tall and can tap it in the ruck because he isn’t much good at the rest of the game.
Original post is original.I don’t like taking pot shots at young players but Reeves is lucky he is seven foot tall and can tap it in the ruck because he isn’t much good at the rest of the game.
It's funny cause I have been critical of his pressure and tackling but this year he has been good and today he was excellent. He had more pressure acts(25) then any other Hawk, btw.
They call the games in Melbourne from the groundFox Footy having the camera cut to the commentary team using binoculars - whilst blatantly not calling the game from the ground - was incredible.
Jeez the North board is depressing
We still need more talent, class and system inside 50 but glad we were able to put this mob to the sword somewhat
I can't decide if it's a relief or not. They call the games in Melbourne from the ground
