You need a bit of character to keep interest but Cometti is a good one for that if you surround them with a dry anchor. Same goes for all of them. You don't need Bruce, Cometti and Taylor all in one place trying to out do each other. Daniel Harford from SEN has a head for radio but he commentates in an engaging manner with out trying to do his schtick the whole time. The choose guys like Ling and richo who are in a personality vacuum for some reason.

Huddo, Healy, and Spud Frawley as commentators on Fox. It hasn't even started yet and I can tell you that these guys will give a 300% better performance than the utter tripe and drivel that channel 7 gave us last Saturday (apologies to Lingy and to Richo both of whom actually do contribute)!!

Absolutely. They were fabulous. Said enough, but not too much. Huddo brought excitement into his voice without being pretentious. No stupid jokes. No distractions. No ego. Just tell us about the game. Spud giving good insights. Great call.
