Start with The Fragile. Then go either The Downward Spiral or Hesitation Marks, depending on your tastes (if you like the heavier songs, go TDS first).
Then go, in this order - With Teeth, Year Zero, Pretty Hate Machine. Avoid Ghosts I-IV (I adore them but even I skip that album).
