yes I agree.......

in life there are several ranks of 'scum'

number one, is lower-middle/middle middle class 'anglos' who love terms like "scum" when describing:
sex offenders
child abusers
footballers who do not play for their team
people who ride on trams for free

if we brought back the death penalty (we should) we should kill:
sex offenders
child abusers
footballers who do not play for their team
people who ride on trams for free

'public transport' should be a 'public good'
cheap/free
easy/enjoyable

ultimately you're just angry that people 'get away with it'/realise the repercussions are 'Almost Nothing' when getting out of a fine

Was in the city a fair bit last week. These campaigners were seen many times. I avoided them thankfully as they'd probably try and fine me for not having evidence that I'm soon to attend uni (to prove I'm a concession user).

Paid close attention at Southern Cross and some other locations though to the people they target. The amount of people who look like a student or foreigner that they pulled up astounded me. Seemed to have no interest in anyone else. Pick on the ignorant and poor it seems. They also love riding on trains at midday, and who rides trains at those times? Uni students.

Scumbags.
