Wearing the Power Ranger outfit in finals

This is what I don't understand.

Get supporters to enter designs to the club.

The club then selects it's top 10. People vote on it and they shortlist four.

Supporters then select their preferred.

The club then makes the jumper and the lucky designer gets a framed signed jumper from the entire club.

Everyone wins and maybe we end up with something like this:

I like that graphic but it's a bit busy for a footy jumper. I'd prefer just the monogram without the shield, a bit larger in the middle.

But that's still 100x better than what we have.
