Not wanting to sound like a scrooge but given it's a form of sponsorship, is a tax invoice or receipt available? I'd get shot doing it from personal account but maybe from Business acount would be OK if claimable.

Also, not that it bothers me much but was interested in how you divide up the rewards for packages? I'm new to all this

I get a tax invoice for the total amount from the club, as I pay it in full. I get the guys to transfer the cash to a bank account.

We take off the reserved seats and match day stuff from the sponsor to reduce the price.

The events we raffle off between contributors.
