One of the unwritten laws of bigfooty: the more one-sided the game , the more whinging about umpires
hot air rushes in to fill a void
It obviously hasn't affected the result but it's been crap.

Think Beveridge saw a glimpse of the coverage and had a chuckle too.paul roos lol
And what is the highest score with a goalless quarter?Has a side ever won by 100 points despite having a goal-less qtr??
I'm quite happy to see the death of Paul Roos football this weekend.
Backline is their only worry imo. Boyd, Murphy and Morries are all still massive contributors. Picken is getting up there too.I fear what the Dogs are going to be in 2-3 years.

He didn't tell them to stop, take it easy just means don't go hell for leather and take silly risks, conserve some energy. even 80% is not all out is it. i doubt he told them to stop playing for crying out loud.No coach would say to their players to take it easy, all coaches would instruct their players to be ruthless.
If they had a proper name ("Western" is not a name) they'd be a likable team.
Bulldogs were very good, always going to win but am I a complete one-eyed supporter to think Melbourne got bent over by umpires? The lack of consistency was astounding.
Paul Roos is just another average coach without COLA
There was some bad calls both ways, no doubt, but the majority if the free against the dees were in first half, you were ssecond to the ball and then some, add frustrations and you get silly tackles and pushing pulling, all you need is an anal umpire and you get some soft againsts. and bad turns to worse pretty quickBulldogs were very good, always going to win but am I a complete one-eyed supporter to think Melbourne got bent over by umpires? We might have lost by 80 if the umpiring wasn't so bad.
True, but it killed off any momentum we had. We still would have lost no doubt.
