Something something smartest dumb footballer something something.

But seriously where's he going next season?
Doesn't he study civil engineering?

But I digress. In serious trouble - pushing an umpire is pretty severe - I'm guessing it wasn't quite as severe as this however (10 year ban I believe?):

Some footage would be great to put into context, but on face value I'd think that might be season-ending (and possibly career-ending) for Minson. Greg Williams was suspended for 9 matches for pushing an umpire and I reckon that the AFL would look at a harsher penalty these days.

WILL Minson stands accused of pushing an umpire after being sensationally sent-off from a VFL game at Whitten Oval earlier today.

Minson was evicted from the field five minutes into the second quarter of Footscray’s game against North Ballarat after allegedly clashing with an umpire during a melee.

The out-of-favour ruckman was spoken to by Western Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge on the boundary line after being red-carded and hasn’t been seen since.

More trouble for the big man...

Minson's career is essentially done imo.

Not good for the Bulldogs as Cordy is a bang average footballer. I understand he may fit the Dogs gameplan but he's not very good. It would be interesting to see how the Bulldogs would go with a solid ruckman.
