Moisen Nagant (spelling) - Soviet rifle from COD 1
Ullapol caber (spelling again) - Grenade from tf2, blow them up and you
Cobra car - AOE2 going to die this will kill everything, pretty good if you can get away with cheating in multi for a laugh

5. Laptop gun - Perfect Dark

Memory is a bit sketchy but I remember it being awesome. Underrated game too.

4. UMP - Modern Warfare 2

Silenced. Kills in 3-4 bullets from a mile away, stays flat with practice. Great gun.

3. ACR - Modern Warfare 2

Like a laser guided assault rifle, combined with stopping power made this gun the weapon of choice for many a camper.

2. Fareye L23 - Resistance Fall of Man

Variable zoom, flat as a tack, amazing range, can pick up and use straight away but took months to master.

1. M5A2 Carbine - Resistance Fall of Man

There is a reason why nearly every game of RFoM had this gun as the default option. The most perfectly balanced gun. Bit of spray but accurate enough over range, add the 40mm and youre cooking with gas.

Honourable mentions go to the shotgun from Doom, the akimbo rangers from Mw2 and the rocket launcher from quake.

Weapons that come to mind
That tesla gun in Wolfenstein, wow that was so cool.
Golden gun in Goldeneye, loved this...as soon as the other player knew you had it you were gawwwn. Also the moonraker was pretty cool.
The RPG in Duke Nukem 3D, loved that gun, also loved how you didn't need to aim anywhere near the monsters, it would shoot off at an angle and kill them instantly. Freeze gun was also cool.
The piston in Unreal Tournament 2, haha just camping behind the teleporters and instant kill! Impossible to avoid.
Kiparis with rapid fire in Black Ops, woo that packs a punch.
Ummm, there's so many weapons out there, can't remember them all.

Jedi Outcast - Lightsaber, Force Lightning and my favourite, Force Grip. Great fun picking stormtroopers up and flinging them off cliffs.

Much more fun Force Jumping over a big group and Force Pulling them into the air. Land and it starts raining stormtroopers.

Force Grip + Push to launch them metres was also sweet.
