Carlton's PR campaign rolls with the best...Kiss!

The boys had a visit from Kiss founding member Gene Simmons this week. seems like they had a bit of fun. Gaining exposure via him is priceless and just shows the difference in marketability that Pratt and Swan have re-installed in our great club!!

Footage to be shown on his t.v show and will be on in Melbourne later this year!

A few snippets...

Gene, minus the facepaint, was in town with his extensive entourage of cameramen, sound recorders and gophers who filmed him mixing with the Blue boys on the ground and in the dressing room for an upcoming episode of his hit series Gene Simmons Family Jewels, to go to air in the United States later this year.

Later he inquired about the identity of the bloke with the distinctive beard, long hair and headband, whose photograph graces the wall of the dressing room – none other than the legendary Carlton defender, Bruce Doull.

Agree, the worst i've seen them! You'd think they'd be spot on after 30 years of practice!

Probably Channel 9's fault. The vocals were mixed too far back on the telly. Who knows what it was like in the studio?

I'm guessing if their voices are rubbish at my place they aren't real flash in the studio either.

Where was our invite to kiss at your place??? Would have been a nice setting up in the hills! Shame to hear about their voices, prob not the best accoustics though

Yeah, you can't do much about the source material, but you can at least mix it properly.
