Our player with 'silky skills' and dangerous 'goal sneak' Ryan Houihan is out with ahip injury (prolly from having his hands on them all game!), so we're gonna get truly spanked by the pies and break that loser record today!@#!

I mean who is gonna stop Rocca (he'll kick at least 5 today against us as is hi savaerage), Cloke (at least 3), Didak (at least 3) and 'The Bogen' Thomas (who'll kick at least 2 goals!)...

I think at least a thrashing from the SCUM will open the eyes of the 'apologists' for some of players on this board to wake up.

My magnifying glass will be on the following today and how much they will 'dominate' the game or just put their hand on their his and 'remember how to lose again':

coz we all know Judd, Fev, Stevo, Waite, Smurf, Gibbs will be doing all the classy, scoreboard affecting stuff, but it'll all be pittance if those on the list above just turnover the ball, dont play accountable footy, and just make us look like a useless uneven side (as this post attsts), unlike THE SCUM who are very even across the ground.

Today the sun is up, I did a great time in my morning run, my kids and wife woke up and told me they loved me. Tomorrow I will get together with some great people who are also Carlton fans at the Odin Rd Tavern. We will watch our team and win or lose have a great day. If hoops does not play we will be missing a senior player which gives a younger player a great oppurtunity. The Pies are in the top 5 teams in the AFL if not top 3. Lets roll the dice and see where we are at. We showed lots of improvement last week so I hope the forward momentum continues.
If we lose I will not slash my wrists or return my membership.

So did you, or should I rephrase that, are you still in school? If not, you should be.

Do actually watch a game? you do realise we are playing at 2pm TOMORROW!.

Good to see you are being nice and positive, hope the boys carry your attitude into the game.

Just for the record, if we are going to struggle to stop the collingwood players pointed out, then who from collingwood is going to...

stop Fev kicking 10 goals, Judd kicking 2 goals and racking up another 30 possesion game, stevo and murphs running riot in the middle, hadlee winning another 10 hard ball gets, Russel playing the game of hes life, Jammo shutting cloke out of the game, Sentanta beating the crap out of Rocca, banno locking up dane swan....... can you please tell me how the filth are going to handle this?

I tend to think the withdrawal of our captain Scott Burns, playing what would have been his 250th game, is probably a bigger out; if not in output then certainly in his effect on the side lifting in a milestone game.

I think you will find there was some heavy sarcasm dripping from the OP in regards to Houlihan's omission.

Err no. It is currently being used on the main board in the Team of the century thread, by a Pies supporter who is taking it back to 1950, allowing old timers who saw Jack Regan play to go forward and watch SOS before returning to proclaim Regan as the rightful fullback of the century.

He should be finished with it soon .....

ODN this comes about after Parko said he had the deciding vote on AFL teams Thurs night. On everything I have seen Parko got it right!

They conveniently forget that others voted for SOS too and the ones that saw Regan agreed that SOS was just as good. Even if you consider Parko biased, surely he is entitled to half a vote that would have broke the tie anyway.
