Joey Anderson is top-shelf talent, but is primarily a rebounding HB flanker. Pfieffer can play midfield, and is a skillful opportunistic forward as well. Both have massive upside. It's a question of whether you go with an extra defender or a midfielder/forward. The Richmond defense is pretty shocking, and we should try to exploit it with Pfeiffer.

Pfeiffer is a massive inclusion. I think the added defensive pressure through the midfield and half-forward flank will be blatantly obvious on Saturday. I am looking forward to seeing Stevo, Murph, Simpson and Gibbs stand up in the midfield this week.

Why are some people over-rating Pfeiffer so much (IMO)? He played a great 20 mins against Fremantle late in the game but did nothing before that. Has shown some good signs here and there, but nothing like Grigg, Armfield, Browne etc.

Not trying to be hard on the kid, as I know he hasn't played much. Just referring to everybody else's assessments. Hope he goes out there and has a break out game and tears it apart.
