My Mum still calls parmas, schnitzels.

She says "do you want me to cook you up a couple of schnitzels" whenever I'm home. I say "Oh, no thanks. I'll just cook myself up something."

She cooks them up, regardless, and to my pleasant surprise, they're actually parmas, not schnitzels!


This may have only happened twice, but it's enough to speak as though it always happens.

You should just say; "Nah mum, I will just prepare myself a nice parma."
