I think everyone gets it, although if someone tipped a draw they will have it won defiantly.

This almost describes my roulette game. Chips all over the table, but none on 0 and 00's. You know the outcome.

Was issues in the first round with the tipping, so Admin gave everyone 8 for round one.

As for the draw I don't know? Best bet would be to ask here
