Now look what you've gone and made him to.

Good one!!!!

They have to take a damn stand, publicly and seriously
We will not continue this deal, he will go to the PSD unless a serious offer is made

End of story.

If they accept this crap there has to be some blowback from the membership

Hey Faith, I believe the majority have apprechiated your input and we know your track record. The squeeky wheel always makes the loudest noise and in the end they expose themselves. Thanks agains for your input and don't be put off by the little #%&* if you gain any more insights. Most of us would apprechiate you sharing them with us.

Collingwood - Gain: Reid, Lose: Dawes & Wellingham
West Coast - Gain: Wellingham, Lose: Pick 17
Adelaide - Gain: Pick 4, 42 & GHS, Lose: Muppett & Pick 40
Sydney - Gain: Muppett & Pick 40, Lose: Reid, Picks 22 & 42
Melbourne - Gain: Dawes & Pick 17, Lose: Pick 4
Geelong - Gain: Pick 22, Lose: GHS

Assuming that tweet is accurate.

Early last week I was told that it would likely be pick 17 and Dawes to Melbourne for Pick 4 so Collingwood could get Sam Reid. Today I was told that Reid to Collingwood is now remote, despite a week and a half of Collingwood pestering Sydney! My mate is saying Muppett will be at Sydney, and Adelaide will end up one pick better now, with possibly Pick 3 on traded from Sydney via GWS, but it is now up to Sydney and GWS to work something out in the next few days. GWS really really keen on Mitchell. Hopefully some of you guys will give me some credit, my info has been alot more accurate than some of the other info being posted on here

I agree.

If Sydney aren't being reasonable & he won't go anywhere else, including GWS, let him go into the pre-season draft. If GWS need to free up some cap space , I'm sure we do a trade with them to help free up their cap...

AFL should really intervene as these are not fair trading conditions...

Sadly because of Sydneys fantastic finances, theres no need for them to be reasonable.

I so so hope we play Sydney in Adelaide next year and swing Tex into defense on this prick, it'll be worth Tex being rubbed out for 6 weeks to see Skirtly get flattened so hard he'll miss 2 months with concussion.

This website is in the public domain. If the AFC constantly say its not in the best interest to share its strategy with the public, why is it OK to post every bit of detail that FAITH does? And if the AFC do know about FAITH, why are they allowing him/her to continually post this information?

If the person feeding FAITH this information works for the AFC, they should get a stern talking to.

And maybe, just maybe, everything FAITH posts isn't 110% fact.

A campaign of misinformation...

What if Tippett wanted to go to GWS all along?

dont be such a wet blanket
I understand where hdecure is coming from, though I don't think quite as strongly. I did post a few days ago to Faith asking if he/she was actually being fed some false information, as Faith specifically said the source seemed to be getting a bit annoyed.

FAITH I love your posts mate, but I agree that maybe just posting definite developments rather than movements back and forth each day may be for the best. Don't think this means you shouldn't post at all, maybe just don't post what's going on. Does kinda serve you right for being so damn in the sauce ;) and we do all appreciate your input.

If we accept only 22 from Sydney, with GWS interest, then God help me i give up on the AFC hierarchy.

If Sydney stick to 22, and we do not orchestrate a deal with GWS involving PSD then we really have no clue.

"But, but, but", Harper will say, "the rules are clear, we can't do those deals, so lets just accept what we can get".

NO FRICKIN WAY THAT IS ACCEPTABLE.

i'd take it too. i'm not sure how keen Carlton would be though. They might think Yarran alone, or yarran and their 2nd rounder would suffice
I'd do Skurt and 20 for Yarran and 11 :D

Having said that, I would much rather take what GWS can offer. This interest from other clubs was always going to happen at a certain point. I think GWS might be interested in Mitchell from Sydney so they are upping the ante on their interest in Kurt to get Sydney to pony up more than they have been willing to offer to this point.

I know that Kurt has to agree to any trade BUT if we are fair dinkum about our threat to send him into the draft, then we can get something good out of all this.

Skurt has his wallet set on Sydney and is predictably fusing GWS. At some point we have to be prepared to call it off with Sydney and tell Kurt that these are our other trade options, pick one or you are going to the draft.

If he sticks to his guns, I think we have some control on which draft he nominated for. IIRC, there are 2 delisting deadline and only players delisted by the first deadline can nominate for the ND. Even if that is not the case and GWS interest is genuine we can do a swap of picks deal to ensure we send him to the draft where GWS have picks before Sydney.

Kurt won't be able to make a decision in timely manner anyway. I still think he ends up at Sydney because they will up the offer to something that we would accept and it is in our best interest to weaken Sydney by making them trade a player they don't want to lose.

I would not be surprised if it ends up being a 3 way deal between Crows - GWS - Sydney where Giants get Mitchell (or some other Swans player they rate highly), Swans get Skirt and we get an early pick (hopefully 2 to draft Toumpas or 3 with GWS promise that they won't draft Jimmy with 2 :D)
