Back in the day, North Under 19's were the greatest junior team in history, won every game one year in the late 70's, early 80's, anyhoo, they had a bloke called John Fraser, who they'd poached from Geelong???, and played, technically as an unregistered player.

They lost all their points.

It has happened before.

Memo to all Essendon supporters:

There's no evidence because your club failed to keep adequate records. Your club has accepted responsibility for that so time to move on!! This has gone on long enough! I can't believe Essendon supporters think their club and officials are above the game! When Carlton were found to be cheating the salary cap, I wanted blood! Somebody to pay for hurting our club! It amazes me that some Essendon supporters cannot see that! You're lucky your players have been exonerated given nobody knows if they are doped up or not!! Disgraceful!!

I reckon ASADA would have a different opionion that that BG. They haven't finished their investigation yet, and they have only had their extensive powers to get info out of the ACC for a few weeks.

Dank has admitted giving players Thymosin Beta 4 which is BANNED - no question about it.
AFL has thrown a few good punches, ASADA/WADA to come in and land the knockout blow.

essendon supporters seem to think they are in the clear with asada, they seem to struggle to differentiate between asadas doping investigation and afl's governance investigation and thinking the line of 'no evidence yet, however investigation is still on going' means they are in the clear.

Also did paul little just plug his sponsors...lol absolute joke of a club.

Why hand down draft sanctions if teams can just trade to get back in to the first round, Carlton were not allowed to do this in 2002, both the Crows and Essendon are allowed to do this, so those draft sanctions might not come in to place anyway with some smart trading by Essendon.

Can someone clarify what 'trade to get back into the first round' means ? Is that Essendon could swap their third/fourth round draft pick to a club for a round 1 pick ??

They could give us Michael Hurley for our end of first round compo for Eddie Betts signing with Adelaide as a free agent. #sohardrightnow.
