Richmond receive Corey Gault
GWS receive Maxwell and Sam Lonergan

Maxy's leadership is worth pick one on its own and Lonergan is just the hard bodied mid that GWS need. Gault can play equally worse in any position. Hard to find that so is easily worth both Martin and Lonergan

Don't you think it was kind of obvious? It has about as much merit as Martin being offered a deal at Collingwood after talking about cultural problems at the club.

Personally I think this term 'culture' that Bucks is referring to is more to do within side the playing group. Having a culture where everyone buys into the gameplan and everyone respects each other. I see Martin as pretty similar to Swanny in that he has suspect off-field problems but within a footy club he seems to respect his teammates and the coach. Richmond supporters could tell more about this...
I also think Swanny and Martin's supposed problems get blown up a bit in the media. I can think of one time in the last 5 years where Swanny has been suspended for an off-field incident. Similarly, I can only think of once where Martin has been suspended in his career for an incident. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Just cos they look a bit dodgy and like a beer in the off-season, doesn't mean there off-field issues are that serious for a club to turn them away. Think Bucks is pretty stupid if he completely rules out Martin. IMO the on-field gains override any potential cultural problems.
