wifi hotspot device???

hi all! I have my modem/router set up in my lounge room as that's where my ps3 and computer are and do t want to move them.. but I get a pretty crap signal in my room where would like a good signal for a few various things (wd live tv, iphone, laptop).
I was wondering if there is a device or some sort of gizmo that could help me get a better signal?
not the best with these sort of things lol
any help will be appreciated thanks!

i can't fully remember the particulars of it as it was a while back but there was a few settings i had never seen before on a modem. if you're good with technology you'll be fine.

the furthest spot we have in our house is about 20-25 metres through a couple of walls. Doesn't seem to have too much trouble reaching it either.

Those t link's above are quite handy. A nifty invention. I have had trouble with them when they need to be connected to powerpoints on different circuits. Sometimes it runs, sometimes it doesn't. When running them through two power points on the same circuit, it's really good. That being said this is house is fairly old and electrical circuits aren't the greatest so i'm not sure if it's the circuits or the product.
